Andrew Kearns is the Managing Director of Hartswood Management Ltd. He is a successful operations and project manager with 26 years' experience of delivering performance improvement in a wide range of organisations including those in the automotive, aerospace and electrical product manufacturing industries, and within the public sector. His roles have included General Manager, IT Director, Project Manager, Commerical Manager and Business Process Re-engineering Manager.
He has also worked for 11 years as a management consultant.
Andrew was the Project Management Interim Manager of the Year for 2005.
